Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for exchange or credit towards other merchandise within 30 days of receipt. To help keep quality high and prices low we do not issue refunds. Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase. For non defective exchanges customer is responsible for shipping charges. Exchanged items must be in new condition and in original packaging with all manuals and accessories. All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) please provide the following when calling or e-mailing for a RMA# : customer name, invoice number and the nature of the problem. If part of a product is defective please return the whole product, including all accessories, in the original packaging. In the case of a defective item, the customer is responsible for the packaging and for shipping the item back. StunAndPepper.com will pay for the transport expense. A replacement will also be shipped at no extra charge. Do not attach shipping labels or write on the products original box. Please place your product in an outer shipping carton. Please make sure the RMA# is clearly marked on the outside of your shipping carton. Be assured that your request will be treated promptly. Backorder Policy The availability information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment or is on backorder, we will let you know as soon as possible. Shipping Policies All ground shipping is FREE for orders over $100.00 shipped to the 48 states and Canada. Other orders in the U.S. an Canada are charged a shipping fee of 20% of total order. Orders shipped outside of U.S. or Canada must be min. $50.00, please contact us for shipping charges. Address Correction Policy It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address including you street address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and zip code. Because UPS charges us a $5.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by ground and a $10.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by air, we are forced to pass the charges on to you. Damaged Goods Policy If your package arrives damaged, please call us immediately for exchange arrangements. |
